Can I track my order?

When we receive your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a courier tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

North Island Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and are generally overnight.

South Island Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday, and take 2-3 days.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.

How do I store my Allergywise Products?

Allergywise products are best stored frozen.

If the product is thawed, it can be re-frozen.  Once thawed, store in a cool dry area.  The products are best consumed within 4 days

Can I collect an order?

Yes!  You can collect an order from our factory.  Please ensure that you have placed your order online, and organized payment.  Our team can have your order ready for collection during our business hours Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order, however if you order is over $100, it will be sent freight free.
